Benoy's interior design team and Uncommon Land's landscape architects have teamed up to create an innovative, people-centric workspace. Our goal is to empower staff with flexibility, promote wellness, and enhance business productivity. The design draws inspiration from the cozy ambiance of a home, aiming to provide a comfortable and inviting space for work, collaboration, and engagement in a professional setting.

CVIEW is located on the 16th floor of M+ in Hong Kong, boasting a prime location that offers a stunning view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. The restaurant presents a range of dishes with flavors from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. Led by a star chef with exceptional culinary skills and a careful selection of seasonal ingredients, the restaurant brings out the true essence of traditional recipes.

LUXE LIVING by THE HARBOUR 名鑄 The Masterpiece

Flickering lights, fleeting shadows, dancing colours… Immerse yourself in a world of dazzling shapes and hues! . As the hours pass, the glow of summer filters through this vibrant canopy. A rainbow of bubbles float up and down. The colours and shadows meet and move like rippling clouds, sprinkling every corner with the brilliant colours of the sky.

In 2023, the phenomenal trend mall "COSMO Chengdu" (hereinafter referred to as COSMO) was born. A curated commercial IP that integrates retail, flash mob, event, performance, social and exhibition is the biggest dark horse of commercial real estate this year. On Xiaohongshu, China's most popular social media platform, COSMO has become a hit, with more than 70,000 notes, and "COSMO" has become one of the most popular travel words in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui". COSMO" has become a hot word for travel in Chengdu, along with "teahouse" and "Sanxingdui".

Led by Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu, the team was in joint venture with Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong (GDAD) to deliver a vibrant work-life Innovation Port project.

Our design proposes a spatial anchor for an urban park in Hanyang old town and forms an architectural dialogue between the city’s natural geography and built heritage.

For the practice’s first major project in South East Asia, Kokaistudios undertook an interior and exterior redesign and renovation of The Starhill shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, right in the heart of KL’s famous shopping belt Bukit Bintang. By injecting welcomed daylight into the interior space and further diversifying its functional mix, the iconic mall has been rejuvenated and opened-up for a new chapter.
