WORKSHOP TOUR _ 01. Machining

The assembly process for many items begins at workstation 01.

Aluminium profiles are carefully selected and placed into the machines.

Cut to length, + CNC machined to exact specifications.

To ensure precision, compressed air clears debris from the profile before moving to the next stage of production.

Larger offcuts are reused in additional operators, while smaller remnants are collected and recycled.

These are melted down and reformed into new aluminium products, reducing waste and supporting a circular supply chain.

This approach delivers consistent accuracy while maintaining sustainable manufacturing practices.
