Exploring Regenerative Design with Fytogreen’s Botanist, Erik van Zuilekom

Fytogreen is proud to support the upcoming SEQ South Brisbane Field Trip, hosted by the Aroid Society of Australia (ASA) — a fantastic opportunity for members and guests to engage with nature-integrated design and ecological innovation.

This special event features Erik van Zuilekom, Fytogreen’s in-house botanist and lead designer, and the founder of UnitedNatures. Erik has spent decades crafting biodiverse green infrastructure that transforms urban spaces into living ecosystems. His work is a testament to the power of regenerative design, where architecture doesn’t just coexist with nature — it actively restores and enhances it.

During the field trip, participants will explore real-world examples of Fytogreen’s innovative work, with insights from Erik van Zuilekom. He’ll guide attendees through the principles and practices behind our nature-integrated designs, sharing his deep expertise in creating biodiverse, regenerative landscapes.
