Project Overview

The redevelopment of Karrinyup Shopping Centre has transformed one of Western Australia's most iconic retail destinations into a world-class shopping, dining and entertainment precinct. Completed in 2021, the $800 million expansion nearly doubled the centre's footprint, delivering over 109,000m² of retail space, luxury fashion precincts, entertainment venues, restaurants and contemporary public amenities. The project became the largest commercial construction project in Western Australia during its construction phase.

To complement the premium architectural vision and elevated customer experience, Aqualoo supplied and installed its Custom Windsor Toilet Cubicles throughout selected amenities within the development. The cubicles were specified with Aqua Series Clear Anodised Aluminium Door Hardware, providing a durable, high-quality finish suited to the demands of a major retail environment.
