ENEX 100 End-of-Trip Facilities (EOT) – Case Study

Project Overview

Located at 100 St Georges Terrace in the heart of Perth's CBD, ENEX 100 is one of Perth's premier mixed-use commercial developments, combining high-quality office accommodation with retail and hospitality offerings. As part of the recent redevelopment and upgrade works, new End-of-Trip (EOT) facilities were delivered to enhance amenities for building occupants and support active commuting initiatives.

Aqualoo was selected to supply and install its Capital Toilet Cubicle System, providing a durable, contemporary and low-maintenance solution that complemented the premium standard of the upgraded facilities.

The Requirement

The redevelopment sought to create modern, high-quality amenities that aligned with the building's A-Grade commercial positioning while accommodating the heavy daily use expected within a major CBD office environment.

Architect

Woods Bagot (Redevelopment Upgrade Works) designed the recent ENEX precinct transformation, creating Perth's first urban-commercial village concept and introducing new end-of-trip facilities, retail experiences and workplace amenities.

Original Development Architect

Hames Sharley was the architect for the original ENEX 100 mixed-use development completed in 2009–2010.

Builder

ADCO Constructions delivered the recent ENEX refurbishment and upgrade works, including new amenities, office spaces and end-of-trip facilities within the live commercial environment.

Original Development Builder

Multiplex completed the original ENEX 100 development under a Design and Construct contract for ISPT/Pivot Group.

Outcome

The completed End-of-Trip facilities provide ENEX 100 tenants with modern, high-performance amenities that support active transport and workplace wellbeing initiatives.
