Project Overview

The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex forms part of the broader Baldivis District Sports Complex, a major community recreation hub developed for the City of Rockingham. Designed by Site Architecture, the facility provides four indoor courts, multi-purpose community spaces and a café, creating a modern destination for sport, recreation and social connection. The project was completed in 2023 as part of the growing sporting precinct serving one of Western Australia's fastest-growing communities.

With high daily visitor numbers expected across sporting competitions, training sessions and community events, the amenities required a robust and low-maintenance solution capable of withstanding intensive use while maintaining a high-quality appearance.

Aqualoo Integrated Plumbing System (IPS)

Aqualoo IPS panels were installed to conceal plumbing services while providing easy access for future maintenance. The system delivers a clean, streamlined finish that enhances the overall presentation of the amenities while reducing installation complexity.

The modular design allows efficient servicing and contributes to a clutter-free environment, supporting the facility's long-term operational requirements.

Urinal Modesty Panels

To enhance user privacy, Aqualoo modesty panels were incorporated within the male amenities. Manufactured for durability and ease of maintenance, the panels provide a practical solution that improves user comfort while maintaining a contemporary appearance.

Bersa Toilet Cubicles

Bersa toilet cubicles were selected for their durability, clean aesthetic and suitability for high-traffic public environments. The system provides excellent resistance to moisture, impact and daily wear, making it ideal for a busy community sports facility.

The cubicles create a modern, professional amenity environment while ensuring long-term performance and reduced maintenance requirements.

Bersa Shower Cubicles

Within the change room facilities, Bersa shower cubicles provide private, durable and hygienic shower spaces for athletes, officials and community users.
