Duta Park Residence by ONG&ONG Malaysia and KLPDS Recognised at the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia Awards

Designed by ONG&ONG Malaysia in collaboration with KLPDS as the design architect, Duta Park Residence has received a PAM Award Commendation under Category 3 – Multiple Residential High Rise at the PAM Awards 2026. Located along Jalan Kuching in Kuala Lumpur, the development presents a contemporary response to high density urban living through a balance of liveability, inclusivity, and architectural expression. Comprising three residential towers and 1,356 units, the project integrates layered communal spaces, extensive lifestyle facilities, and a strong emphasis on accessibility and universal design principles. This recognition reflects the team’s commitment to delivering thoughtful residential environments that elevate everyday urban living.
